        Performing installation, configuration, and administration of MOSS 2007 environments.
        Deployment of MOSS 2007 solutions, upgrades, and updates.
        Troubleshooting and providing day-to-day support for large SharePoint Portal Server 2007 and MOSS 2007 environments.
        Tuning and governance of SharePoint 2007 / Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007.
        Developing and maintaining documentation for installation, configuration, maintenance, and support processes and standards for SharePoint 2007 environments.
        Developing and maintaining governance documentation generated in the SharePoint 2007 implementation.
        Guide end users to use SharePoint 2007
        Direct SharePoint and MOSS upgrade from 2007 to 2010
        Direct utilizing 3-party tools to make SharePoint use efficient and effective
        Manage testing of SharePoint/MOSS 2007 environments.、
        Lead a SharePoint administration team
        Bachelor degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
        3+ years experience in administration of SharePoint 2003 and/or 2007 environments.
        Proficient in all aspects of standard SharePoint administration (web applications, site collection creation and configuration, all general collaborative functionalities within sites, security configuration, profile and audience configuration, search configuration, etc.)
        Analytical and problem-solving skills. This goes beyond just knowing the features of SharePoint but must be familiar with Active Directory, Windows related features since SharePoint is a Microsoft product
        .NET, SharePoint Solution, SharePoint workflow development experiences a plus.
        In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture and built in functionality.
        Can think out of the box since some solutions to some SharePoint issues are not very evident
        Ability to work independently on initiatives.
        Ability to work efficiently and effectively with other global support teams.
        Must be able to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel. 
        Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment
        Technically competent, creative, has initiative and ability to work independently
        Good oral and written English
